Medium is a bit large for my small hands but the adjustable wrist strap let’s me fit them more securely. I purposely chose mens gloves over womens because they seemed more fit for purpose rather than fashion. Only worn to a few weights classes so far and seem durable (easily washed). I did find the mesh on the palm a little slippery on brushed metal bars, might be better on smooth metal bars.
